Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I have selected for the senior Linux Sysadmin role in Oracle, what could be the salary expected for this role, current CTC 15 LPA and YOE 15+

I had an offer of ~18 LPA from Oracle with 4.2 YOE and I got another offer with 24 LPA along with good amount of joining bonus. Does Oracle try to match the counter offer or not?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.
