Do disable folks get blackmailed from working in their field because of perceived liability issues? I'm highly skilled and educated, and I never know if I should disclose my disability because it's visible.

I applied for a job at a well-known healthcare company a couple of months ago. I had a number of remote interviews and then they asked me to fly out for a final round of in-person interviews. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I have other offers and can't keep waiting for these foot draggers.
