Is it worth moving to strategy consulting or do strategy business ops in industry?

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them.
