Tomorrow i have last hr round for API testing consultant role at Deloitte. i have 3.4 years of Experience current ctc is 4.5lpa but i feel like this is not my current skill value because my current company is underpaying me.
So can i ask hr like h based on my current skill set, experience and eligibility for promotion in the current company in the next month with an outstanding rating,i am expecting salary range between 13 - 15 lpa.. any suggestions

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂
