Tomorrow was my joining date Cognizant .but today just now means in evening 7 pm hr dropped mail that they changed my date of joining by 20 Oct. Now i am trying to call hr but she is not receiving phone.
Will that be any problem. Is same happened with anyone else here.

Just now had a word with hr and she said they revised my joining bonus and thatz why they will be giving new offer letter.
Still i am worried.
Is this the normal thing. Also already they have given me 1.75 jb. That too i didn't asked them, by themself given this much. Now again why they are revising.

Again my doj changed. They made it tomorrow and reason they said todays is payroll-cut off day. No on-boarding across pan India.

JB is a new trap for external hirers. People who are joining with Bonus need to stay for 1-2 years. Else they might need to pay the JB to the company. In this way, most of the companies are giving high JBs to attract more talent..
In TCS there is a concept of Retention Incentive on a yearly basis. If any person leaves an organization whatever incentive they have received needs to pay back I guess. TCS fishes can give accurate information on this Trap

Yes. Had a discussion with hr and asked her reason. They made my jb 1.75 l to 3 l. And to take approval on same they changed my doj. Also received updated offer letter and tomorrow will be my joining.
