Not a employee friendly , hike is less even will get good ratings too , appraisal cycle is more worst than any company coz they have conducted appraisal Meeting in January and will get appraisal from October 😑

For an appraisal year from Jan to Dec ... hike paid only in next Oct... deferred by 9 months... that does not sound good
Worst to be honest, it may look like they are doing a lot but most of it is not useful and just eyewashes.
Rising Star
The appraisal cycle is always February eg: for Jan to Dec 2022 period, appraisal happens in February 2023 and you get your ratings, Variable payout based on your rating is paid in March 2023 and Annual Hikes in October 2023.
P.S: There is unconfirmed/unofficial news that associates till SA level may get in June/July this time.
Don't expect hikes, bonus, etc on time. Working hours are longer. But CTS is desperate for folks,so you can negotiate on offer and factor next two years hike% as well in your demand right now. 😂😂
Consider CTS as an org in which youw ant to come only to increase your CTC.
I don't recommend joining CTS in any other circumstances
