Is PwC labs falls under IFS?
How bad can be for gap years?
Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure
When you fake it, till you make it.

- Congrats!
- Why should we pre-order?
- What's your thesis?
Thanks! Appreciate the reply
Selfishly: Pre-orders are one of the major metric publishers use for determining print run so it will help me out!
Thesis: there are other options than “being a brand” for businesses, organizations, individuals, movements. Brands are rigid and general static. Tattoos are flexible and evolving; they are generally a smarter choice for meaningful, “choice related” products, services, experiences and individuals. Going back to basics of marketing science and psychology is the unlock.
As a marketer (who also finishing my first book after 16 years), I'm interested to see new angles. Yet I'm missing one here or I don't get it from short description. Can you give more info?
Congrats on finishing your book! Please share info and let me know how I can help. Sure, more info on “Tattoos, Not Brands”: There are really only a couple hundred true brands in the western world, the rest are tattoos. The new angle is it’s damaging for most start ups/Small and Mid Cap companies/non profits/social impact orgs to aspire to be brands as it forces them to skip steps, and try to be ubiquitous/everything to everyone to fast. Brands are rigid, forged by a combo of time in the market, product necessity, massive advertising outlays, and fame of some sort, while Tattoos are flexible, personal and nuanced, generally mission driven and having specific appeal that may or may not grow over time due to demand saturation or limited resources. Going back to basics and constructing your USP, marketing mix, segmentation and storytelling approach around this concept is liberating and powerful. Can send link to Netgalley and pr summary if helpful. Thanks for your interest and be well!
Separate question, any plans for an audiobook?
Yes, absolutely, I prefer audio books; it will launch on Audible with the kindle/paperback book July 5! Will post the link when it’s ready.
