Trying to find a second job. Even submitted applications for lower paying positions. Still nothing. The job market is tough right now. The higher ups love when it’s like this. Employees have no power.

How do you all handle working at a place that doesn’t really listen to your ideas early but then eventually move towards that same concept later? I’m trying to not give up because I’ve invested so much time but at some point it’s time to move on to another opportunity.

Anyone in consulting and doing OE? Using bench time for J2+ seems like a good opportunity in this environment, considering it wouldn’t look out of place to remain on the bench for quite a while

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.
