Urgent Help needed

I am having OL & joining in May mid.

I can see my BGV in Capgemini is showing Resume mismatched in the portal. no reason mentioned.

I have checked the dates & employments. All looks good to me.

Any guidance is appreciated

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

I'm a Communications major and a Management major. I have a Marketing concentration and a System Information & Business Analytics concentration. I accomplished this in 4 years and will be graduating this semester.

I have experience working as a Business developer and account executive at a start up company in the robotics industry.

Questions:
What type of job should I be looking for?

What type of certifications should i be looking at?

Any over all advice in to my career path is welcomed.

Can anyone advise on some good ways of getting referrals for making job applications? I’m a current masters student, graduating in May 2022

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

The mid-level associate who directly supervises me isn’t being responsive. I am worried about missing a deadline. Should I keep pinging him? Figure it out on my own? Reach out to someone above him?

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

Moving from T2 to McKinsey. How do vacation requests work? I have family and friends getting married this fall in weddings delayed because of covid, but I’ll just have started so wanted to get a sense of how realistic taking vacation this fall would be and how to approach taking it (e.g. mention to HR, staffing). TIA!
