Hi All, I request you to please help me with my query. I have joined capgemini three weeks back. They told me direct project but they tagged me to bench.

According to current scenario, what would be the timeline in bench to get the project. I got an mail to get the project within 30 days so If I am not able to get it , is there any consequences on it. Please help me my queries.

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

Representing a client pro bono in a defensive asylum case scheduled for a merits hearing this week. Government has agreed to dismiss and we have fully signed and filed a joint motion to dismiss. Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?
