Sry if this is not the right place to ask .. but I'd love to know at what age would you consider the latest to get engaged/married?

& At what age did you start checking your fertility status?

I'm 31, in a long-term relationship (7+) ... Known each other almost half my life. 32 is 6 months ago ... i'm scared for the future but I also don't know where to start. Do I need to start looking into the fertility stuff now?

I feel really fatigued and weak if I don’t eat for a few hours. Outside of just planning my meals better, do you think this could be an underlying health issue?

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. It’s not changing in the last several years and it’s impacting our relationship. Anyone have experience with their SO dealing with untreated anxiety? I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

If anyone he has done extensive laser hair removal (I’m talking full body), how much did your treatments cost and was it worth it? I’ve always considered it but now that I’m in my mid-20s and 1. just don’t care about body hair as much as I used to and 2. am no longer showing as much skin as I did when I was younger and did sports that required it, I’m wondering if it’s worth spending all that money.

Hello all, We are about to start our first IVF cycle in the next 2 weeks. What questions should I ask my RE before starting the cycle to make sure we are doing everything right. Anything you wish you had known before you went through the cycle.

History: Trying for 3 years. I have a blocked fallopian tube on 1 side and the other ovary had a dermoid cyst that had to be surgically removed. The other ovary does not seem to be responding well and isn't producing eggs. Hence moving to IVF.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now. I’ve never shared with anyone that I have this problem, until I found this message board. I have so much anxiety that I won’t be able to get this under control. I feel isolated and sad.

I was recently (in April) fired from a good nursing position that I was at for 5 years. I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. Is this something I should even consider? I miss my patients and some of my coworkers and the pay is better, but I don't feel like I would really be welcome to come back.

I’m currently a territory manager for a large medical device company. I’m looking to make the move into SaaS still selling to the NHS. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations? I currently like in Wales, UK but understand a lot of these roles are remote first unlike what I do at the moment.

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.

Any advice?

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

Anyone with experience with the snoo and any feedback on it? Have a friend that offered to let me borrow hers, so no cost considerations to think about, but have read that it could cause a flat head/other issues and just curious as to what experiences people have actually had with it. Thanks!

How much did you all pay for the 20 week ultrasound out of pocket? My 12 week ultrasound cost me $600 so I am guessing the 20 week one would be even more expensive. I have the high deductible plan from United healthcare.

Do I really need a bottle sterilizer? I can’t decide if this is necessary after reading so many things about it!
