I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC
Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi Fishes, I have offer from Optum , Larsen & Toubro Infotech and Luxoft .. almost same CTC. Luxoft joining is 25th (day after tomorrow), LTI and Optum are on 26th Wednesday. But I am waiting for Optum revised offer for the 26th.. Need suggestion to choose .. LTI progress is in onboarding state.. but my interest is more towards optum ..

Listen, I love a kind customer as much as anyone else. However, these interactions don’t suddenly make me love my job lol. Do you have one of these stories?
I worked at Starbucks decades ago when writing names on cups was a new thing.
I hated it at first, but was forced to tow the line.
But, when I finally got on board, there was this 20ish young woman, who was about three people back in line and I called her by name and asked what we could start for her.
The look on her face was worth a million dollars when she realized she was now known by us. It really seemed to make her day.
It was never what a customer did for me that made it terrific. It was when I got the chance to really make someone feel seen.
I had a group of elderly regulars who would come into a cafe I used to work at. I would sit outside with them on my breaks and chat. It was actually hard to leave that job because I looked forward to hanging out with them!
Yes! I’d still pop in on a day off to see if they were there. Be open to those moments whenever they come up, because it’s so rare nowadays!
We allow dogs in our shop and my regulars know how much I love seeing their furry friends. I get to see a handful each week, and honestly it's my absolute highlight. I should tell them that more often!

That’s honestly the best part of the job! It says a lot that your regulars feel comfortable bringing their pups in, it means they enjoy being there just as much as you enjoy seeing them. You definitely should tell them, it’ll make their day too 😊
