It depends on your performance, you have to be fully staffed for 2 years, no bench for next years, your window is so tight, yearly they process only 2 times (first quarter and last quarter), that too based on talent model approval. I am waiting even after 2 years, and it takes one year to receive your I-140, Be optimistic or try your luck
Send you to your base country. Easier if its India. Will mostly give you a role at USI offices
They ask you to leave, obviously, after 2 years defiantly it takes 6 months internal process to get approval, and then 8-12 months GC process. You should be in a place to apply GC immediately or 15 months before max out
Did your recruiter not ask you how much time you have in your H1B before interview? I referred a couple of my friends who were turned down because they have only 3 years left in H1B. It’s pretty risky to join D now, as their PERM process is very slow.
Pls DM me if you have questions.
Yes as per new policy they will start in 1 year for experienced folks. But they would also start the Process of renewal
just for curiosity - I am in the same boat now and left with same amount of time - what did you do?
