I got offer from Deloitte today and as per rule they will process GC after 2 years in Deloitte, but I have only 2 years 8 months remaining in my H1B. Will they process GC earlier?

My parents are both immigrants. My mom was orphaned at age 7 and moved to the US after feeling like she had no future in her country. My dad won a visa lottery months before completing his economics degree abroad but came to the US for a better life. They both work hard and things have not been easy. Today I got to take them to a nice dinner to celebrate my first 6 figure salary. They said this is the better life they came here for. I’m beyond grateful.

Though i apply as per the required exp and qual Its just that i dont have worki g visa for that country... Do organisation dont sponsor visa? I dont know why its not working. Any leads what to do to get a job in canada or uk from india. Should i apply for pr first?

I have 13 months left on my H1 and transferring to a new employer. Can i use my approved i140 and get the visa for 3 years with new employer or i have to wait till like 6 months before visa expiry to file for extension? Please help.

Just got an RFE on H1 transfer. Do you guys know how soon the immigration team can respond on the rfe? I am seeing posts where response took more than a month to file. Has anyone experienced a quick response from attorney? Does the time taken to respond depend on nature of the RFE?
