I'm experienced in SQL, Power BI, Excel and Python. I'm eager to land a data analyst or data science role. One of the companies offered me 36K. Is this fair? If not what should I aim for? While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.
