I wanted to start a thread. What vitamins / supplements / medications are you taking for your menopause symptoms? I’m supposed to take Estradiol pills twice per day but sometimes am horrible at remembering. I should be taking D3 per my Doctor but when I ran out earlier in the year I never bought more.
