What companies are holding (in their BS) the debt to finance the 2020-2021 boom for used RVs, used light aircrafts, luxury cars (used cars in general), used boats, art, etc.
Typically these type of loans are securitized and sold to 401k/mutual fund investments. However, that is not always the case (e.g. Carvana). I also heard yesterday from finance expert that BOA holds all loans thry issued.
Any companies in the industries above that are holding 2020-2021 financing in their books?
LSTA guide to credit agreements lol
This!
What kind of deals do you have? Lender side/ borrower side, acquisition, DIP, real estate etc etc? Practical law is the best resource to start with. LSTA guide is great but more complex, to appreciate it fully you need to have some basic background.
Feel free to PM me, I can share some links.
There is a great treatise on commercial lending.
Get the workbook "essentials of accounting" or a used copy of Stickney/Weil accounting book to have a very basic understanding of accounting.
Consider taking a PLI course.
And if you realize this area is not your passion, find an area of law that is!

If you’re looking for a great contemporary read, the Caesars Palace Coup about the leveraged buyout and subsequent bankruptcy of Caesar’s is incredible. Takes you through the life cycle of finance starting from the LBO, amending the various finance documents as the business evolved/struggled, and the contentious chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Corporate Finance Hornbook by J. Haas. When I switch from an M&A practice to in house and had to cover the finance/treasury team this (plus LSTA) is what I used.
