So, we have a wedding registry and my fiance and I would really like people to stick to gifting us what's on that registry. Yet, people keep asking what they should get us. The thought of dealing with a ton of crap we don't want or need is stressing me out. How can I politely tell people to only buy what's on the registry?

Does anyone know how to break a rental lease agreement if the landlord does not fix the window in the unit? I moved into a apartment few months back and have been having just issues in the apartment, there is a defective window from which cold air has been leaking. Hello my fellow shoal of fish. I am seeking recommendations for a lounge chair in my office. I currently have the adjustable stand desk and a relatively comfortable office chair (not when reclining) but the other half of my office is empty. Im putting in a 55” tv and need a recliner, lounge chair, or something of the sorts to put in front of the tv. Something where i can put my feet up. Conference calls are such a drag when i have to sit at my desk.

For those of you without a home office: Where do you usually work? My desk is in my bedroom and I’m considering sacrificing aesthetic to move my set up elsewhere

How do people focus in the office? I'm a first year and I've been mostly wfh since I started and I'm super productive at home - my setup is comfortable, I rarely get interrupted, and I feel like I can stay really focused in my home office.

Our SAs started today, so the firm is making us come in more often. My office set up is so awkward, screens are too small, and I'm constantly getting interrupted. Not to mention the extra time it took to get ready and commute. How do people do this?

Overall, I have 7+ years of work experience in sales and marketing. IELTS 6.5 now I wish to migrate into Canada with the PR.
