My revenue goal doubled year 1 to year 2. Now I’m just hoping that trend doesn’t continue for year 3...
Eventually need to get to $3.5 by end of year 5. Some offices want $4M plus, with minimum $500k annual wins, and transitioning clients to directors and newer partners if above that amount.
Non-B4, top 25 firm here. I would say our expectations are in that range depending on your comp growth expectations. The question is I guess, where does it level off. How much can you actually carry without jeopardizing quality. And what will the expectations be then.
