What are the ledger growth expectations (dollars or %) at your firm this year?
I’m finishing the first year as a new tax partner (not B4). Started with 1.9million ledger and grew to 2.7million with pipeline worked from past years that turned to wins. The pandemic hasn’t allowed much time or travel to refill the pipeline. Now there’s pressure to add 500k and grow to 3.2million by end of 2nd year. Feels like a big number for a second year tax partner.

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. If you had 2 mortgages at the exact same interest rate (1 is a 15 year and the other is a 30 year), does it make sense to put extra payments (say 400 per month) towards one or the other? Looking at it purely from a $ perspective in the long term (not psychological where You prepay the lower balance quicker to ultimately have only one loan).

15 year loan - 125k balance (renting this property out)
30 year loan - 400k balance (looking to buy this property soon)

Have you used or ever heard someone use oral progesterone during IVF? I did injections in my first round which failed, but the practice in my home country uses oral progesterone a lot.
