I have recently been selected as ZS Associate for the AC role.
CCTC: 10.5 LPA
Offer in hand (From another company): 19lPA (15 fixed, 1.5 Variable, 1 JB & 2.5 Incentives)

Do you think ZS will be able to match my existing offer?
How much should I ask or expect from ZS during negotiations?

With current salary around 120k, should I pause my career to do a full time MBA or do something part time like the Booth Evening and Weekend program. goal is defense/national security consulting at MBB. It would put a lot of financial strain on my family for me to quit working and go to school full time but at the same time I worry that part time will drastically reduce my chances for the career I really want.

Is Cognizant provide cab facilities for all employees or in some specific project? What's their increment % every yr ?

Can you please tell how tax is calculated if changed company in middle of financial year.

Company1(April2022 to September2022)
company1 Total CTC was 6.87lpa,after hra declaration taxable income was below 5 lpa so no tax was deducted

Company2 currently working( October2022 to march2023) .
In Company2 total CTC for remaining months in financial year is 7.5lpa.
Taxable income is 6.5lpa.
Tax to pay every month is 7k.

what will be total tax if i combine both employer income.

A friend of mine recently got selected for R2R with Accenture. Since she has 1 yr of experience qs a graduate trainee, seems the HR asked her to delete her work experience in the employment form.
