I use a wired lapel mic combined with Bluetooth Apple AirPods Pros to hear audio. In my testing, Bluetooth mics, even with top-of-the-line models (Sony, Apple) don’t capture great audio. Even wired earbuds that come with your phone have better mics. I’d definitely recommend sticking with a wired microphone of some sort.

Wired Microsoft headset. No worries about charging. Also, has physical mute button so I can double mute (so I stay out of trouble).

I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.

Is it acceptable for me to be asking this from my manager, and if so how do I raise this?

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.

Any advice?
