By late nights, I mean 11-12 in night, but that doesn’t mean daily, only on need basis. And to compensate for that one can start work late in day.
My joining in scheduled in march, reading all these ,feeling scary
Cleared both technical rounds and expecting the HR round this week.
Currently holding another offer from Amgen (~18 CTC) with almost similar perks and employee benefits.

Guess? How 70% people can be put in a pip within a single team ..Leaders not able to get and manage projects..due to which this pip ..
Some maybe 3% can be performance issue and still hiring not sure why ?

Still hiring because HIH location count needs to go up. Why PIP, that is a subjective aspect. I am just trying to understand how bad it is, as in how many folks got into PIP. It the ratio is like 1-2 out of 10 getting PIP, I would argue it is pretty normal for any organisation. Many organisations have PIP policy even for non-layoff times. But yes, we don’t know what is the exact count or exact ratio, so can’t conclude anything yet.
