I think admitting what actually is burning you out is the hardest thing. Having to fully understand what is going wrong
I feel like it's almost a badge of honor to say you're burned out. It's like a meme, kind of, or a joke. Actually asking for help is much harder and requires vulnerability.
Again, sometimes you got no option but to just ask for help regardless....
I had a hard time admitting I was burned out. I was falling apart but kept thinking I was holding it together better than I was. It finally got to the point where I realized how out of sync I'd really become. Once I realized where I was, and that the problem was real, seeking help was relatively easy.
I see! When we reach the extreme end , the only available option becomes the one which will solve the problem ASAP!
