It depends on if you're raising the issue with your supervisor or not. If you're just quietly coasting, you can bet someone else is paying attention to that. If you're having consistent conversations and volunteering to help other teams/pitches/etc, you should be fine during the lull.
or sometimes shady passive aggressive management uses it as an excuse to push you out even with volunteering - non-billable for an extended time is a death knell

Been sitting around for a month with nothing to do. Put my hand up and asked around multiple times. Offered extra, unasked for ideas. Nothing’s changed. Should I be worried? Or is this just a slow moment?
I would keep bringing those ideas. Proactively stay to help any others that may be working late. Would just keep doing what you’re doing !
Do you mean literally every day? I’ve been having days here and there where I have to bill 6-7 hours to internal and I offer my free time to my entire team quite a bit and there’s nothing. So I feel that on some level.
Yeah, that’s where I am. I’ve been overworked before. Looked for a better work/life balance, but this isn’t it. Too much life. Not enough work. 😆
