Even last year I have got 7 percent . It depends on the project and current CTC .. don’t think ppl will 10 percent year on year with 30 +LPA its mearly impossible

I don't agree on this because they did not give hike for all for 3 years. There is no difference between hard working candidate who gives values to the company and candidate who do nothing. Also they have showed good profits in last and this year and high earning managers gets hike irrespective of the work

FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year.
