I like, "What's the most surprising feedback you've received about your work"
Tell me a little about yourself and your goals here. Gives them a chance to let me know that they are thinking and whether it’s a good fit.
I like asking “tell me about a strongly held belief you had at work that you later changed. What caused the change?” I think it tells a lot about their emotional humility.

I like questions that reveal how someone thinks, not just what they have done. I usually ask about a difficult situation and what they learned from it.
I always struggled with these scenario questions until I started preparing them in advance. Is it obvious to you when someone is searching to find an answer vs. has one already prepared? Do you care either way?
