Our new social media specialist is using Canva to create posts and forgoing the work created by the design team. I believe if designers are available they should be doing the work of designers—we typically handle these in InDesign. Have not encountered this workflow before so I’m looking to see how others are generating social images these days.

I’m trying to break my lease. I have notified the management company of my intent to do so in writing. They are just refusing to respond and keep ignoring my follow-up emails. Do I have any recourse? Can they physically bar me from leaving?

PS: I have legal cause for being able to break the lease and I know that there is zero legal recourse they have.

Good Afternoon. I have been with my current company for ten months. They quickly realized that I was overqualified for the position I was given. I have been increasingly given more responsibility and even more side projects. I have also been proactive and searching for internal positions that fit my skill set.
