In CG they are silently firing the people as per insights (depends on BU and tech stack) and there is huge bench count around 500+ for automation testing in India. In CG 5d/week for bench people and 3d/week for project.

In PS most of the project are of strict deadlines which is the main cause of work life balance and even management support is worst, less job security and micro management.

My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags.
