At EY GDS,

Almost always is a good rating or it is given to all generally in practice?

What are the advantages and benefits of having gold standard rating?

it doesn’t matter, your counsellor will tell your ratings after 22nd july. It can be Valued < High performer < Exceptional

like

Oh thanks rising star. So these ratings are given by counselor regardless of these LEAD feedbacks is it so?

like

The categories have changed : Strategic Impact > Differentiating > Progressing > Additional contribution needed
Also, just as an FYI the parameters such as almost always and gold standard are just a part of your total rating process. There are a bunch of other parameters and KPI’s that are factored in to derive at a rating..

helpful

Hey thank you so much mate

Impact on salary is driven by final rating and LEAD feedbacks have limited role in it.

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? I'm based in London.
