Hi Guys Deloitte Accenture Infosys I joined a startup 5years back they gave me salary as cash for starting few months because there company not registered after that they Deposit to my A/C, Now third party agency asking me to submit bank statement for starting month . I don't have form 16 OR PF . I worked there around 2years.
Now how to proof?

Whether moving to industry is a good move depends on timing imo. You need to vet the company well. I didnt leave public accounting until I found a really good role that offers excellent WLB and compensation (50% increase in compensation, guaranteed bonus and usually I work 20 hrs or less a week now, have never ever been busy).
Generally speaking, the level you leave public is the level you enter industry. That’s the main reason to stay since promotions are much more difficult to come by in the real world.
Definitely moving to industry at the right time, but also to the right company. The right company will have a stock purchase plan that can get you an early retirement even if you never become a manager.
