What’s MBA sponsorship policy like at T2 firms (EY-P, S&, OW, etc)? is competition tough? For EYP and S&, is the policy the same as EY and PWC or is there a separate policy?

Does anyone have opinions on PepsiCo? Interviewing with their growth strategy team who are mostly ex-MBB from top MBA programs. The work seems interesting and up my alley (CPG Strategy) but this bowls obsession w/ tech makes me think I should be focusing my attentions on FAANG

Learned on the day of the deadline to enroll, that my partner's employer offers voluntary participation on a deferred compensation plan. First time I hear of such a benefit/option after working for years! Any general (i.e. not plan-specific) lessons-learned, gotchas, pointers to offer as we will have to quickly decide to enroll or not?

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Need help with a formula. I’m downloading bank statements to excel and I’m trying to do a lookup so it fills in the category based on the bank description. The problem is I’m trying to use the entire bank description as my lookup value, but the table array I’m searching only has the first part of the descriptions (because the last parts are all different bank ref numbers). A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin.
