I know that employment gaps happen, but it's hard not to judge people for them. Unless they have a really good reason, like parenthood or taking care of family. But sometimes it just seems like people don't want to work and they avoid it as much as they can… As somebody who has always had to work, it's hard not to judge people when they don't have a good reason for a gap.
I don't know why, but their confidence for the job is my main thing. If they don't feel confident, it's a no-go for me. IS that too bad?
