What's the minimum salary you would be willing to work for? Is it more or less than $60,000?

Depends on the location and exp.
60K would be fine for someone in the midwest but you cant survive on that in CA/NY/WA

like

I guess that depends if I have an alternative. Would I be happy to work for 60K? Absolutely not. But if my option is 60K or being unemployed for an unknown period of time, I'm going to take the 60K and keep job hunting for something that pays a more reasonable salary.

Way more than that. $60k is what recent grads are making

Agreed

$80k at a minimum. I would have to budget hard to make it work where I live. Really hope I never have to try.

Hello Everyone,
Could you please help me to give reference for my job change. I have 3.5 year's of experience in SAP Security with HCL Technologies. Notice period is 90 days.

How concerned are you about inflation? We have 70% savings rate and 50% of our expenses are housing / utilities of which the largest part is rent which is a fixed contract (no CPI escalation, no automatic increases, paying same rent for 4 years). No car as we are living in a large city. So if I look at the components of CPI and what’s rising I am feeling pretty „good“ about it. The one thing I am „worried“ is asset inflation but obviously that benefits me directly. What am I missing?

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

I effed up. Had an intro call with a recruiter this morning and gave a lower range than I should have. I don’t want to accept less than high range. Dumb I know! Can I walk this back some how?

I know we’ve been here plenty, but right now today: what range of salary would a staff agency producer (senior, broadcast) fall into with 7+ years experience in NYC?

Curious to see other producers’ opinions. How often should an agency producer ask for a raise? And what % raise seems reasonable in NYC if title isn’t changing?
