When is the right time to leave a ‘good’ job? My job is fine. The pay is decent, my boss isn’t terrible, and I don’t hate my team. But I feel stuck. Every time I think about the next 3-5 years here, I get this sinking feeling that I’m just… coasting. I don’t want to leave just to leave, but I also don’t want to wake up one day and realize I stayed too long. Anyone else in a similar slump? How did you decide whether to stay or leave?

Out of curiosity and to test the market, I interviewed at a FAANG. Did not get the job, but found out TC was 350k, significantly higher than my TC 230k. I thought I was compensated fairly, but would love to see your thoughts.
