Need help building an electric schedule for a production schedule with a Gantt chart style view (sort of)

Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.

What “self help” books are you guys reading? I just read Untamed by Glennon Doyle and wow, I want to start from the beginning again, but feel like I should read something else. Would love any suggestions.

For all you retail people...are you experiencing a very slow holiday season? I am a retail manager and I feel like this season has been freakishly slow. I thought we would at least match last year's number or be up a little bit but we are trending down. I talked to employees of other stores in the mall and they are saying the same thing. It happened again today. I was walking from my car into a building and remembered I had forgotten to lock my car. I had the urge to turn around but I remembered that the only valuable thing in my car was my work laptop. And I would cry tears of joy if someone broke into my car and stole my work laptop. So who else here is experiencing plummeting billable hours and exponential weight gain since this whole WFH thing started? Bought snacks for 30 days, finished in 48 hours.

Fifth year labor and employment associate at Big4 L&E firm (think Littler) and am considering making a move into big law (think Jones Day, Goodwin, etc.) Any thoughts on if it’s worth it this late in my associate career? Also, do those big firms take 6-8 year L&E laterals?

Bankruptcy folks: I read that Alex Jones was able to put himself into bankruptcy by claiming he owed a giant debt to a company he controls. Is it really that easy? I would have thought bankruptcy laws would be smarter than that.
