I have accepted an offer from infosys but need to change my DOJ i have also sent mail regarding DOJ change to HR , how much time will it take to revise DOJ?Do they revise entire offer again ?

I’m at a midsize firm in the Midwest and I’ve noticed that we’ve hired multiple associates who all graduated law school the same year. Some are coming from clerkships, other firms, etc., but they’re all on the same graduation year. This feels like it’s setting up a squeeze down the road for these folks with respect to partnership. Is there something I’m missing or is this something that will cause issues down the road?

Just joined S&C from 8 YOE in industry. Joined as M1, but was also a manager in former industry role. How soon is reasonable to be thinking about promotion Senior Manager? What kind of salary increase comes with this promotion?
