I have 4 years of experience with ZS Pune and have worked with multiple big pharma companies across US, Japan and UK majorly for sales force effectiveness (Alignments, placements, call plan designs and also some tech implementations for these modules)

I want to come back to my hometown Hyderabad, could you recommend some companies who would need my skillet.

I'm considering hiring someone who may be required to have a series 65. How long should it take someone who is (a) smart & (b) no industry knowledge to study and pass?

Does anyone have any insight into partners retiring early? I am at a point where I need to consider leaving if I am not aiming for partner. I don’t see myself working past my 40s. My partner and I are not big spenders and anticipate have enough to retire comfortably in 40s (obviously a lot can change). I have been assured I will become SM in next year (currently 31 years old).

Does anyone recommend doing any courses or degrees on product management? I am a functional consultant and I don’t have experience in PM. However I know I don’t want to stay in consulting in the long run given the long hours, and how sales play a big role

Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.
