When was the last time your company did a top to bottom salary analysis?

How does your org handle it when there are large gaps and discrepancies in pay regarding long term employees getting paid less than those who were an external new hire?

It seems as if long term employees aren’t making as much as those newer to the company as salary analysis’ aren’t always done for internal employees making it easier for the pay gap to widen.

I am looking for Data Analyst roles at a good company. I’ve been applying non stop and it hasn’t been working any tips on how I can be successful in the job search process?

Those who do financial modeling at work: for case study in interviews, is it bad practice to submit a model based on a premade template, assuming that I understand all formulas and incorporate my own reasonable assumptions? Just started a new job less than a month ago in the tech sector. It was the industry I was fixated on when leaving for. However I realise that I don't think I can cope with the fast paced, lack of wlb, with no support - it's really impacting my mental health already....

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.
