Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm not an EA currently but I've been applying quite a bit to switch into an EA role & I've seen a lot ranging from $80-$130k depending on the company & how many C-level executives are being supported by the role. Seems like the higher level your main priority is, or the more high level people you support, the more $$$.
Updating my original comment ** I am now deeper into interview rounds with a few places. I've held a part-time EA position for a year now but that is my only direct prior EA experience apart from all of my various administrative heavy experiences overall. I'm coming from a really low place being where I am right now so I quoted both places between $70-$80k after being given their budgets and that was well received despite being on their higher end! Given your prior experience & the level you're currently at, I'd start asking for $100k min.
I’m at j&j supporting senior directors and their teams and at 77k. Supporting a VP you should definitely be making more. If you want to chat about j&j/Janssen specifically I’d be glad to connect!
