Which provoked an entirely healthy conversation about the explicit ageism in “the years of experience” listing in way too many lists. Now, we know HR thinks the idiocy of posting for “senior” with 3-7 years experience is really a dog whistle to cheap. But it’s time we educated the supposed keepers of the no-bias flame what they’re really saying and doing.
