Why are there only 9 public Holidays in EY GDS India?

Like if I look at any other firm they atleast have 14-15 and if I look at other gds locations they've way more like Argentina has 19 holidays+11 non working days similarly other countries also have more number of holidays. Do they don't know that we've holidays in India?
