Why do healthcare raises never match the amount of work added? I’ve taken on more tasks this year than ever, but my pay barely budged. It feels unfair. How do you present a strong case?

Take notes about what you've been doing week to week, and use that information to build a strong case for yourself. Be able to go into a meeting with a concise pitch about how much more work you've been taking on and how your value to the organization has increased. If you can do that, you can argue that your compensation should reflect your increased workload.

I'm trying to be patient with this economy and understanding that I'm probably not going to get the raise that I want because of the economy. But I think you can present a strong case by sharing all of the responsibilities you've taken on, all the work you're doing, and how indispensable you are to your team.

I’d suggest gathering evidence of your extra tasks and their impact. Being clear about your contributions can really help!

How do I resign?
I'm sort of new to my current job and I certainly don't like the work here and I've informed my manager about this earlier twice or even more.
But my manager has been very kind and supportive, whenever I ask for support and appreciates me too in scrum calls, but somehow I don't like the work.

If I'm getting a better opportunity, how do I resign and what do I tell my manager?

Highly Technical Market Sell-Off - Though, it has picked up over lunch and I suspect that short term turn is in near. Old floortrader told me once, never trust a market that is making new session highs or lows during lunch. That's not normal. This might not be a normal day; but we do need to rebound to get another opportunity into the short trend. So, count on it. The last draw is more suspect as it hasn't been proven to exist yet. So, we will see how we look when we trade 9855.75 on NQ.
