Why is it so difficult for a person with 3 years of experience to get a job? I have worked with big companies like Social Samosa Networks and ScoopWhoop still it's so effing difficult to get one stable job!!!!

Am I right to be upset I got rejected after 3 job interviews and a work assignment? After the presentation I had with them they scheduled a video interview only to reject me live on zoom. Felt put on the spot, trying to remain friendly and professional when in fact I felt like crying.

Got an offer from Microchip.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!
