I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division. I was contacted by the hiring manager (just 5 days after interview 3) asking if I was still interested and if I'm available for another meeting. He mentioned it would only take 30 minutes. Hey folks, I am interested in sustainability and the entire finance aspect of it. However my exp in th area is woefully inadequate. I'm trying to read up. Currently in the finance transformation team at EY (not related at all to sustainability). And no background studies wise.
