Ok back on the healthy train after a couple weeks of being "off." Coworkers bad eating habits were starting to rub off onto me. Sadly realizing I cannot eat with them as a vegetarian if the only thing I can get is a salad or veggie burger. Getting my groceries tomorrow and avoiding the underwhelming food options in this honky town. So hard to force myself to do this but can't slip. Thank you for listening. 🙏🏻❤️🐠

I have ADHD and so I work best in sprints. One day will be hyperproductive and I'll get most of the week's work done, and the next day, I'll be able to only do emails and meetings. Does anyone else struggle with this? How do you handle the expectation that you do 1/5 of the week's work each day vs loading it up on hyperfocus days?

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
