If she wants a nail bracelet get the nail bracelet
If your wife has been hinting she wants a specific thing that costs a material amount of money, I would strongly advise against spending a similar amount of money on a different thing that you think she’ll like better. She has likely spent time on the Cartier website and knows that they sell watches, but she has determined she wants the bracelet more. If your wife is anything like mine (there are many women in the world and they are all unique) you should proceed with extreme caution.

Both nice pieces. Honestly the small nail bracelet with diamonds looks awesome in person, beat my expectations by a long shot. Still though the watch is probably a better choice but you 100% should be getting what your girl hints at

Hahaha to everyone - she has said she wanted a Cartier watch before and always drops a comment of wanting a Cartier watch. The reason I’m reluctant is because I’m paying for the brand of a gold nail that holds zero value compared to a dupe. I’d rather walk out knowing I didn’t lose out on that much with the watch.
Just ask dude. I’m a woman. I would much rather my husband asks me directly what I want, then have him guess and me be disappointed. I tell him exactly what I want, and I think it’s super clear … but then he buys me something else. I wish he would check with me so I don’t have something expensive I hate in my drawer.

Update: Made appointment at Cartier and had them bring out the nail and panthere in the small/mini for her to choose from. Surprised her at the store and it was an excellent experience. She ended up choosing the mini panthere (Thank God).
They truly did an excellent job. I highly suggest doing this if you can.
