100-150k in cash how would you invest it ? 1. Buy low priced out of state property all cash (~100k multi family in city like Cleveland ) With remaining money fix up property, rent and hold. Or 2. Buy multiple properties with loan and put down payments on 2 multi family homes, (up to ~400k each 20% down) out of state or possibly local. Buy mainly turnkey, rent and hold.
I know either way should essentially work but would love to hear different perspectives.

Is it better to have SFH for monthly cash flow or passive MF deals through a private syndicate? Friend told me that you need to have $1.5m invested in MF to generate 60k a year approx but it’s much better than dealing with tenants and maintenance. I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

Frome what I find online, it seems to be a horrible state to be in.So, out of curiosity, how common is it for people, at Amazon, to end up in such a situation?Is is just based on your performance or do any other factors contribute to it as well? If it just depends on the performance, how badly does one need to fu*k up (according to the manager) to end up getting PIPed

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. At McKinsey, if that happened, the head of the practice or the office would personally make the phone call at the very least.

So for those who have been with Deloitte for 3yrs and above, what is the motivation? What are the rewards? No ESPP, so what really do you get to show for the work, time and all? Kindly share, am trying to make a big decision here, thanks?

I’m filling out my background check for my Deloitte offer. Is the professional career start date the date I started my job after college or literally the date I had my first job (if it’s in the 25 years Deloitte asks about)?

My security clearance asks for 10 years but nothing before 18, and it seems weird if Deloitte wants to know high school jobs.
