Will the new labour law decrease our fixed pay?I know the fixed pay in hsbc is separate from total ctc(gratuity and company contribution to pf added to it).Will this new change decrease our fixed pay component?

I'm almost done with my master's and right now we are discussing the knowledge gap that happens in 4th grade with our lower-class students.
