I wouldn’t quarantine. Maybe if your youngest is <2 months, when them getting a fever is a more serious thing… but otherwise, everyone will probably get sick one way or the other this time of year, and they will want you at Christmas too!
If you have a fever you've likely already shared thr bug. Enjoy your holiday with your kid(s). Avoid things like sharing cups and kissing their faces.
This! You’ve already exposed everyone. Enjoy the holidays and fingers crossed no one’s gets it.
Wear an n95 mask and wash hands a lot
I tend to agree with the above. I’d mask and/or limit exposure but I would not skip Christmas!
There is no way to prevent it, just mentally prepare yourself that everyone is going to get sick.
I did the n95 when I had newborn and had to take care of her and she stayed healthy
With multiple kids, I’ve resigned myself to most people getting sick if someone is. Frankly, the last few times I have been sicker than everyone else (since I’m still nursing and can’t take meds) but youngest is 14 months so it’s less risky.
Don’t skip Christmas!!!
I would get an at-home test to see if it’s the flu. If so I’d definitely wear that N95. If not I’d just let it rip – cometh what may.
