So the pay rise pot is the same size, but the firm only commits to its salary bill going up by half. CapEx vs Opex, just like we do every day. And really, really cynical. Ffs.
Surely communicating this well in advance at the start of the cycle would be the transparent, human centred thing to do. Telling people at tell day this is how their SAL increase is being actioned is beyond wrong. Phycological trust in this firm is completely broken
100% - it was suspected because Glassdoor shared it first and everyone talks… shocking way to tell your people you’ve no confidence in them meanwhile Julie dumps her stocks like they’ve gone out of fashion
Basically we’ll call it an increase but actually you won’t benefit in the long run, only Accenture wins

A7: SAL in Dec - in the main, no. In a company of 800000 people there might be an exception here and there but basically no.
A10 dunno but I expect it will vary by group somewhat. But yes I expect like last time there will be a floor level. So you will get either zero, or at least that floor level to prevent TLs giving everyone >0 but not a meaningful amount.
