I am currently working on SAP CPI,PIPO,CPI-DS (basically Integration as a whole) development (also attend Support issues regularly) with experience of around 1 year. My leads are quite happy with my works.

For career growth, what shall be my ideal path ahead?
1. Only concentrate on Integration
2. Continue Integration for some years, then switch to Functional modules (in this case, after how many years should I ideally switch)


And what shall be the ideal time to switch companies?

Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company).
